Remember to warm up for 3-5 minutes before you press play.

Go at your own pace and listen to your body. You can repeat the circuits a few times, according to your fitness and strength levels. If needed, take extra rest, or decrease the weight or number of repetitions. But whenever possible, add a little resistance to strengthen your body.
