Ref #P2. Pendulums are back and forth swings that do not fall in the category of a full circle. Pendulums are useful when changing hands or the direction of a swing.

The exercises in this section help build confidence with your clubs, and let you explore basic swinging movements in the different planes of motion. Use pendulums in the beginning of your session to gently warm up the whole body.

Using 2 clubs increases the coordination requirements, and with heavy clubs they can help strengthen the hips and legs.
